If you are a current patient we ask that you please create a patient portal account.
This will allow established patients to send secure messages to our clinicians, confirm appointments, pay a bill, upload documents to the portal such as IEPs, med forms for camp or school, and many other functions.

When you have received a statement from our secure portal: OptiMantra, there is an embedded link to click and securely pay your bill. Or you can log into your portal to make a payment.​

We have a wait list for appropriate new patients at this time, and are requiring a referral from your Pediatrician with most recent clinical notes as well. This helps to ensure that we are seeing and helping patients who are in our area of expertise. Thank you for understanding.
